Last updated — 10 August 2026This page says plainly what happens to your information when you use this site. It is short because the site does very little with it.
01
What the form collects
The contact form asks for four things: your name, your email address, whether you are writing as a client, a co-founder or an investor, and your message. There are no other fields, and nothing is collected that you did not type.
We also read the IP address a submission arrives from, purely to stop the same address flooding the form. It is held in memory for about ten minutes and then discarded. It is never stored and never included in the email we receive.
02
Why we collect it
To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose. We do not sell it, we do not advertise with it, we do not build a profile from it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
03
Who else handles it
Two companies, both only as infrastructure:
- Resend delivers the form submission to our inbox as an email.
- Vercel hosts this site and, like any web host, keeps standard server logs.
- Google Analytics measures page visits. It is configured without advertising features, and it never sees anything you type into the form.
Both Resend and Vercel operate servers outside Australia, so your message may be processed overseas on its way to us.
04
Cookies
This site sets one cookie of its own: NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers whether you are reading in English or Spanish. It lasts a year and contains nothing but the two letters. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits.
05
How long we keep it
Your enquiry stays in our email inbox for as long as the conversation is useful to either of us. Ask us to delete it and we will.
06
Asking us to show, correct or delete it
Email hello@100founts.com and say what you want. We will tell you what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete it. No form, no process, no charge. We answer within one business day.
07
If you are not happy with how we handled it
Tell us first at hello@100founts.com. If we do not resolve it, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
