Automation and AI

You are doing too much by hand.

We connect the tools you already use, take the repetitive work off your team, and add AI where it genuinely helps — answering enquiries, reading documents, sorting the inbox.

Integrations · Workflows · AI assistants · Data

What you get

  • A map of what is manual today
  • Integrations between your existing tools
  • AI only where it saves real hours
  • A handover you can run without us

What we automate

  • Bookings to calendar to accounting: a booking creates the calendar event and the invoice, with no copying by hand
  • Repeat enquiries: common questions answered automatically, with the rest routed to the right person
  • Documents: reading forms, invoices or applications and pulling the fields into your system
  • Replies your team edits instead of writes: AI drafts, a person approves
  • The inbox: sorting and labelling so urgent messages are seen first

How we decide what to automate

We start with the map of what is manual today and how many hours each task takes. Then we automate what removes the most hours for the least risk, and we only add AI where a rule-based integration cannot do the job. Where automation does not pay for itself, we say so.

Questions this raises

What do you actually mean by automation and AI?
Concrete things, not slideware. Connecting your booking system to your calendar and your accounting. Answering repeat enquiries automatically. Reading documents and pulling the fields out. Drafting replies your team edits instead of writes. We only add AI where it removes real hours; where it does not, we say so.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
We quote a fixed price per phase after the discovery session, so you know the number before you commit. A straightforward business site is usually a few weeks. Something with bookings, accounts or custom logic runs 8–16 weeks. We do not publish a price list because scoping honestly beats guessing.
Is AI automation worth it for a small business?
When a task is repeated every day and follows a pattern, usually yes: that is where the hours are. When a task is rare or needs judgment each time, usually not. The discovery session tells you which of your tasks are which before you spend on the build.
Will my team still be in control?
Yes. Anything that goes to a customer can stay as a draft a person approves, and every workflow is documented so your team can run and change it without us.
Do you work with the tools we already have?
Yes. We start from the tools you already pay for and connect them, instead of replacing everything.
