Technical co-founding
You have the idea and the industry.
You bring the domain knowledge and the customers. We bring the build. Equity split agreed before a line of code, so the incentives point the same way from day one.
Equity partnership · Product · Full stack
How it is agreed
- Equity split in writing, before the build
- Milestones both sides sign off
- Product, design and engineering from us
- Domain, market and customers from you
We take on very few of these. Each one is a real commitment, so the answer is often no.

Questions this raises
- How does co-founding work?
- It is an equity partnership, not an invoice. You bring the domain expertise, the market and the customers; we bring product, design and engineering. We agree the split and the milestones in writing before the build starts. We take on very few of these, because each one is a real commitment.
- What does it cost, and how long does it take?
- We quote a fixed price per phase after the discovery session, so you know the number before you commit. A straightforward business site is usually a few weeks. Something with bookings, accounts or custom logic runs 8–16 weeks. We do not publish a price list because scoping honestly beats guessing.
